PVCu Capped Rafter Supported Bars are strong, lightweight and easy to fit glazing bars suitable for most applications such as lean-to’s and shelters. They are suitable for 10 – 25mm Multiwall Polycarbonate and come with a heavy-duty aluminium base and tough UV stable upper section and bar end cap. These bars are available in 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, 4m, 5m and 6m lengths with either white, brown or anthracite grey capping. A gable end or finishing profile is available to close off the end of the bar in the same lengths and colours.

Aluminium Capped Rafter Supported Bars -A robust maintenance free glazing bar that accommodates all popular thicknesses of Multiwall Polycarbonate up to 35mm as well as glass. These bars are ideal in installations where variations in temperature are experienced. They come with a full width TPR gasket and aluminium capping, available in 2.5, 3, 4 and 6m lengths in white and brown.

Self Supported Glazing Bar Systems – Our Self support system is specifically designed as a Lean-to Roof system for use with 16, 25 & 35mm Multiwall Polycarbonate. The bars are capable of spanning up to 4 metres (set max 600mm centres) without any cross bearers (purlins). We recommend a minimum of 10 degrees roof pitch with this system. They can accommodate glass but require glass locks which can be supplied, please ask. The system is made up of 4 main components – Wall Plate, End Bar, Intermediate Bar and Eavesbeam. Available in white or brown in lengths of between 2.5m to 6m.
