FLAMMABILITY
Palruf Corrugated PVC Sheeting are self extinguishing and comply with the most demanding international standards. Fire Ratng to BS476/7 Class 1 Y Standard.
WEATHER AND UV RESISTANCE
Palruf Corrugated PVC sheets are used worldwide as roofing, siding or cladding material for their:

METHOD OF FIXING CORRUGATED PVC

- Use metalworking bits for drilling & fine tooth saws, held at a low angle to the sheet, for cutting. Sawing is easier at room temperature.
- Holes must be drilled not punched. The holes must be at least 3mm larger than the bolt or screw to allow for expansion. A plastic or felt washetr must be used to provide cushioning and sealing.
- Roof Sheets should be fixed through their crowns.
- Flashings must be used on all wall abutments.
- Use foam fillers to support the profile and to prevent dirt blowing under the eaves.
